service request completed, what now?

i called USCIS and they created a Service Request (SR) for me back in the end of April. I called after 30 days cause there was no response so i called again, they made yet another SR for me.

I just checked my USCIS profile online and they said the SR that i submitted in April was completed 2 days ago.

what do i do now? should i wait for their response, through mail or email? or should i call to check on it?

With my case I made probably about 4 service requests and out of all of them I only received one response. The stages were waiting to be assigned to an officer, has been assigned to an officer, service request completed. Some people have said they have received responses via email. Mine was a letter and it took almost 8days from completion to recieve it. And the letter basically was useless information which made no sence. ( the dates on the letter were incorrect and it was just a stem emt saying what I already know).

?Post Completion OPT ? Approved 2009 ✅

?I-130 ? [F2B] Approved August 2009 ✅

?Post Completion OPT? Approved 2015 ✅

?Applied for AOS October 2015?? [used Filing Application Date]

?EAD ? Approved January 2016✅

?AOS Interview April 2016 ?✅

?AOS Denied ???? [Administrative Error]

?Filed a Service Motion to Reopen my case May 2016 ??✅

?Case Reopened June 2016?✅

?Adjustment of Status APPROVED! June 21 2016??? ????✅

?Greencard in hand June 29 2016 ??????✅
