Making pancakes. and I just realized that I bought a jar of maple syrup for 29 bucks.

Canada= rip off!

I bought a gallon for a better deal then that. But I got it at the source not a store. Stores are about 100 more then what I paid.

Did you get light or medium? Where was it made?

Man I can probably make my own maple syrup on my property.

Just like I don't know why I buy wood chips for my grill when I have like a thousand acres of woods....

Next time I go up, I'm gonna cut down a hickory tree...

Quebec has so really good stuff. I prefer the medium grade it's darker and has a stronger maple taste.

This is the one we get and we go to the island to get it.

Ya they are fast little boogers. The turtle is in disguise she really is a ninja :)

$29 is nuts for that. I pay $65 for the 4 liters, that's about a gallon.
