Europe or US?

If in US, your own car's policy will cover it too.

If in Europe, those eurotrash companies. Call your credit card company and freeze transaction.

Europe. I already started the claim with the benefits people at the credit card company.

They only sent a bill as of yet, but I'm not sure if that is because they are waiting to charge us or they couldn't. My husband got a replacement credit card a few days ago, but it has the same expiration date and security code.... shouldn't change the way it is processed.

Sounds like a scam to me....

I'll share the details after it is all settled, but definitely a scam and their customer service is really unprofessional. I was surprised because their reviews seemed fine except for some normal complaints.

I think when a computer says "7 minutes", it really means like "I dunno"....

You know, sorta like when a woman says "no no no", she really means "yes yes yes"?

See? now it says 14 minutes....
