I wish we lived closer to my husband's job. His boss keeps trying to convince him to move so he can take the on call weekend shifts ($$$), but we can't. For whatever reason, said town in the middle of nowhere has exorbitantly high housing costs, bad schools, and crime issues. I don't get it. We could maybe afford a condo there for the cost of our house. I got too much for a condo.

After another record-setting week of selling POTSs, we stopped at the rental casa, diligent man.

As we watered the landscaping, Mrs. T-B. & Mini-B. show up, great minds work alike man.

Mrs. T-B. took over watering while we went out back to take measurements, measure of a man man.

The chief item is to replace the shell of the circuit-breaker box, which is falling apart & yucky, ick man.

We're unsure how difficult this task is or if an electrician is required/desirable, seeming hookup to gas meter man.

Earlier handyman removed two outdoor wooden shelves (long boards) that had rotted, good riddance man.

The brackets/bolts remain attached to the outside brick wall, now a safety hazard man.

We foresee replacing the rotten boards with something coated or plastic, perhaps from Home Despot man.
