We are adamant that the ex-tenants pony up for their MANY (2x2x2+2+1) burnt-out light bulbs, grrr man.

Both outdoor floods, both kitchen fluorescents, and 2x2x2-1 bulbs indoors, grrr man.

They busted a floor, mystery how and grrr man.

They busted a sliding-closet-door mirror and tried to hide it, grrr man.

More repainting was needed than should have been for a year of use, grrr man.

They failed to report the need for a new garage-door-opener system, grrr man.

Fortunately, we are in charge of their security deposit, poetic ju$tice man.
