Some "have" to buy used stuff, Niki-B. ma'am, whereas others choose to, we man.

We have upgraded our store-bought shoe (and shirt, and suit) inventory by means of GS/ES purchases, see Niki-B. ma'am.

The finds are typically finer, and always cheaper, than what can be found in retail stores, si man.

The stuff, we reason, will benefit someone, si man, so why not us vs. someone else, huh man?

"The thrill of the hunt" is also distinctly present, what jackpots can we achieve man.

Pre-owned stuff can be cleaned, see ma'am.

In fact, our POTS are meticulously sanitized at the warehouse so that we can personally quality-test them immediately before they're packed for shipment, guaranteed ma'am.

Principle is the same for resale/GS/ES stuff, who cares after that man.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

They were mostly running shoes when i was a kid. At the time i didjt really care. Almost everything i owned was 2nd hand minus underwear.
