Isn't that entrapment?

Not quite...

Entrapment laws are complex. So much so that the books on it are thousands of pages long.

Let's use a bicycle chained to a 4 foot tall parking meter for example...

If the po po chains the bike to that meter, and observes it. A guy comes, lifts the bike and chain over the meter and takes off with it. That's petit larceny. (Grand larceny if over 1000 bucks).

Now, if the po po chains the bike to the same meter, then stand next to it, and tells the guy walking by, "psst...look, the bike, wanna steal it?"

That, is entrapment.

The bicycle= the fake school.

The response (quite comical) is almost Pavlovian, drool man.

Pavlovian chat. Reported! Edited by SAT

Example 2.

The po po sets up a sting. They have a rubia UC (undercover) dress up in a short black miniskirt in stripper heels, with Victoria's secret lingerie, and slutty red lipstick, strutting around at night in a known pros location....

Tark sees the street walking rubia. He says, "hey baby, how much for some freaky ?" They make a deal.

Tark gets locked up (as usual).

That's "patronizing a prostitute", or, "being in communication with a prostitute".

Tarks wife divorces him and takes the house.

Now, if the same UC, goes up to Tark, and says, "hey, fiddy bucks, me love you long time, ok?" (While she holds back her puke).

That's entrapment.

But Tarks wife divorces him anyway. And takes the house...

I don't know, the act of creating a fake school and then luring people to it? How do they know that the place commits immigration fraud if they don't advertise it? Isn't the advertising of it kind of borderline?

Like 99.9% of news articles, you don't know what really transpired from reading the media.

Setting up a school alone is not entrapment. It's no different than parking a police car on the side of the highway, hiding, out of view, over the crest of the hill, waiting for Tark to go 56 mph in a 55 mph zone. Nobody told Tark to 56 mph...

I know there are these scammers all over here, they approach these schools. They inquire about the enrollment requirements and such. Then, whether if they conspire with the school or not, they arrange student visas for the people overseas. Once here, some legitimately attend class (usually English classes). Some disappear into the population.

And, there are schools that do this themselves. Setting up a half ### school and advertising overseas in countries with high immigration fraud, and not too hard to get a F2 visa. The more popular target countries are Korea, Russia, eastern bloc, China, etc...

Now compare that, to some of the other ways of crashing our shores, this is the best way.

Remember I showed you articles about the Fook women getting violated everyday in Haiti? After paying a 50k snakehead fee?

And other fooks suffocating in the back of trucks? And shipping containers?

Eastern bloc women forced into prostitution in Mexico and beyond?

And the fooks joining some fake church after they get here, and file for C-8?

And yes, the advertising, if true, may be considered borderline.

If they sent this Fook a letter addressed to her. That's definitely entrapment.
