10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Very hectic day in the POTS business, day off Thursday to return Ecus to airport man.

Monsooned like an illegitimate male child again all day today, all wet man.

Found that each Ecu gets 2 free suitcases weighing Many pounds, glee man.

This is better than 1 or no free suitcase weighing only Many pounds, reasoning man.

We therefore sought the GS suitcase bought specifically for such purposes, si man.

Looked all over casa, no see man.

Mrs. T-B. couldn't remember where she'd put it, ADD she man.

"Is it in the attic?" asked we man.

"No!" said she man.

Mrs. T-B. then muttered that she "probably threw it out," grrr man.

"Pulling a Tiff" is grounds for divorce, banishment, and exile, grrrRRRRRRR man.

No one disrespects our stuff, NO man.

Not even once, NO man.

Our verbal reaction cannot be repeated here, long TOS suspension man.

We then looked in attic anyway, see up there man.

There was suitcase, filled with mysterious other stuff, ADD she man.

We could not pull it down ourself, wrong angle for back man.

Mrs. T-B. will purportedly help tomorrow, we'll see about she man.

Mama-Mrs.-T-B. has accepted Many (2+2+2) bath towels, collection of them worthwhile man.

She also requested/accepted 2 bathmats, collection of them worthwhile man.

Pending is request for hand-towels, largest collection man.

Ecus don't use warshcloths, so requests for those will be for kitchen-type cleaning, just fine man.

There is a method to our seeming madness of having collected all these linens, reason man.
