Well, our's was an arrange marriage. Both family fixed it. After marriage , we stayed together for 2 and 1/2 months, but at her parent's residence. Then I moved out to a different state for job. She was in the middle of Spring semester.

She promised - she will transfer her credits on Fall semester.

So after her Spring semester exam ended, I made her fly to my place.

We went for a 5 day vacation.

On that time, I was going through a serious financial crisis.

Had a due credit payment of $ 14000.

Received court judgement.

Received other collection agency letter threatening to take legal action.

No Credit card.

Old salvage title car, during registration she was not with me, so couldn't add her in the title.

No joint bank account account as she was not with me, reluctant to go to Bank though few times I asked her.

She spent the summer semester in home country. In the mean time relation deteriorated.

After she came back USA, I traveled to her place.

But I saw her eyes - she wanted divorce.

After I came back to my place, she called and asked to forgive her.

We had a hot exchange about her previous behavior. That's the end.

She filed for divorce 7 months later in 'No Fault' category.

During her trip in home country, she hanged around with a different boy, posted picture with him on Facebook.

I quarreled with her about this last time I met her.

What I submitted with my application:

1) Auto Insurance

2) Life Insurance

3) 401 K Beneficiary

4) Bank account POD [ That's max what I can do without her presence or consent]

5) Emergency contact in office record and apartment lease record.

6) Screen shot of her picture with different boy on Facebook

7) Email record with company HR where I asked for relocation claiming me married.

8) Tax return filing as married but separate.

9) Her picture with my family in home country, my picture with her family here in USA.

10) Lots of couple picture at vacation, movie theater, restaurant etc.

11) Divorce decree what she filed.

12) No health insurance as she was not in my state, the company policy letter.

13) T-mobile letter stating that they have no record of my calls and texts.

Because I already switched to iPhone and At&t. I wanted to show my communication record with my ex wife.

14) 3 witness affidavit ( My mom, cousin and a friend) and my own cover letter (8 page long)

15) I took emergency time off to meet her after she came back to USA. I had email record with my manager about asking for that emergency time off.

I will add more if I can remember.

I gathered as much as possible according to my attorney's request.

Filed on May 10.

Received and NOA issued on May 23

Biometric Done on June 24.

Waiting for next step.

How likely an interview will happen ?

And how is my chance ?

Remember - she filed the divorce for No Fault, not me.

Yes. I got approved.

Wow, that's great news! Congrats!
May I ask, did you get RFE and did you have to go for an interview?
If yes, how was the interview, can you share some questions they asked?

Thank you!
