K-1: pictures needed for Packet 3

Hi everyone!

I am preparing packet 3 for my fiancé and was wondering if the two passport photos required for packet 3/the interview are of the beneficiary ONLY or of the beneficiary AND the petitioner. I heard somewhere that the embassy will need two new passport photos of each of us for the interview but I'm not sure where it says that...

Additionally, when I am adding a copy of the original petition, should I update the information on it, including the passport photos? Or should I leave it as it is (aka how I sent it)?

1) Beneficiary only

2) The purpose of sending your fiance the copy is for him/her to see exactly what was submitted. The consulate will have a separate copy. So no, don't update anything

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

9/23/16: Received biometrics appointment letter (day 11)

10/3/16: Biometrics appointment (day 19)

11/4/16: EAD+AP approved (day 53)

11/16/16: EAD status changed to card shipped (day 65)

11/17/16: EAD/AP combo card received (day 66)

12/30/16: Notice of interview scheduled (day 109)

2/1/17: AOS interview (day 142) - APPROVED

2/8/17: GC received (day 150)

 

ROC process:

11/3/2018: ROC window opens

Packet 3 doesnt require anything beyond the the ds-160 confirmation, the checklist signed, and copy of bio data page be sent (emailed). Simply sign and return and get those items for interview.

The photos are needed for the visa so only the beneficiary.
