Good Evening everyone,

In a couple of weeks we will be in the 90 days period prior to the expiration of the conditional residential status so we are preparing all our documents. One of the items will be the tax return 2014 and 2015 that we filled together, my question is: do I need to send the entire tax return documents or only the first page showing both our names?

Thank you in advance,

Luca

Here is what we are sending:

- I-751 Form jointly submited

- a check for $590.00

- a copy of the permanent resident card

- Copy of our marriage certificate

- Copy of executed deed showing joint ownership of our new home

- Copy of mortgage contract showing joint ownership of our new home

- Copies of the tax statements for the previous two years jointly submited (2014-2015)

- Copies of recent statements from our joint checking and savings accounts

- Copies of two car titles, showing joint ownership

- Three sworn affidavits by U.S. citizens, attesting to our relationship and marriage

- Photographs from family vacation

Should I add anything else?

Do I need to staple the almost 80 pages package or should I just put everything in a pocket binder?

Thank you.

Luca

Also add all or at least quarterly bank statements. Just some recent ones is not good enough. Reread the instructions that say from inception of marriage.

Check through the forums here to see what else has been suggested or that people are sending.

If you want to send minimal amounts thats up to you, you may or may not get an RFE.
