Advance Parole , need help and advices

Hello,

I'm trying to ask a question but I am not sure I'm typing in the right spot.. Haha,I came here under my J-1 visa and I got married before the end of my second year. I've sent all my paperwork back in November 2015, we are currently waiting for our interview that should be around October 2016. We're going to France next week for my mom's wedding and I'm staying a month, my husband only stays 10 days because he has to work. We talked to a lawyer and she said I should be fine reentering the country as I haven't been illegally here. I'm really scared though and wanted to hear people that traveled with Advance parole?!

Please, let me know. I can't stop thinking about it and I'm really scared of being denied either in France by the airline company that wouldn't know what it is & in Miami once I got back. I know if I am so scared well I shouldn't go but it was $2000 over the window so we decided to go anyways.

I know , I'm still worried. I wanted to hear people that left with the AP. Thank you for your answer though

Check this forum that you're in now. It's all about using AP and EAD.
