Me and my USC spouse got divorced.

My attorney filed the I-751 waiver on May 10th.

However USCIS received it on May 23.

I got my Biometrics notice on June 10.

Biometrics done June 24.

Now how long should I wait for the interview after Biometrics ?

I know - almost all the i-751 waiver cases go to interview though I sent a 8 page long cover letter describing it all.

Nothing new to tell in interview.

assuming you probably got divorced little before you submitted I-751. I am guessing this will take somewhere 2-4 moths to complete the entire process and already send almost a month. I don't think the perception of almost all getting interviews for condition removal is correct. Depending on what kind of information one provided, good amount of applications gets approved without interview. In your case, though it has a higher chance for an in person interview but if you have your info straight, don't worry about it. But will be over within the next 2-4 months (hopefully). Oh!!! The timeline also depends on the volume of cases USCIS has.

Good luck with this

Most waiver cases have interviews. Most non-waiver don't.

it also depends on the service center. CSC is generally about 6 months. VSC is about 9-10+

What do you think ?

My attorney is best in business for this type of case.

She makes conservative prediction.

Told 60 % of winning.

And it will go for interview.

Just trying to know other people's experience.

For my I-751 waiver (Divorce) I submitted 8 page long cover letter describing every ins and outs of the relation. Had 3 more affidavits from friends and family, those are also long and detailed.

Still interview needed ?

I mean - nothing new to tell to the IO.

just because you sent an eight page cover letter does not get you off the hook for an interview. Not sure what makes you think that is the case or why you chose to write such a long cover letter.

My attorney advised me that way.
