DS-260 Help please

Hi there! Got confused on some questions in DS-260 that I'm not sure how to really answer, I will really appreciate it if you could shed some insights on the ff:

1. Under Work/Education, it is asking about primary occupation, obviously my answer would be not employed since I'm not working, but the tab asks for explanation which I'm not really sure what to answer. I'm not working because I'm busy with the visa stuff and I don't plan on staying here in the Philippines since my husband petitioned me anyway. So what do you think is the best explanation that I should give?

2. Previous employer, I can't really remember my supervisor and the contact number of my recent employer. Will it be ok to leave that blank? Will that have an impact on me?

3. Regarding previous employment for the past ten years, I've got some work gaps, will I need to include that one in the history and how do I do that in the form?

4. The question "Are you a healthcare worker seeking to perform work in the US.........? ", I'm on spouse visa, and I worked previously as a nurse which is on my employmeny history. I'm really confused if I should answer this as Yes and how will I explain my answer? I do plan to work as a nurse in the future provided if I do get a license to practice there even if I'm on spouse visa.

Pardon my questions if they do seem silly but I just wanted to be sure and finish this journey to be with my husband.
