You need to answer "YES" fill out the information of your fiance...date you filed the petition, under result "Petition Expired" You can send an extra sheet explaining what happened and why did you let the Petition Expire.

14a you leave it blank

Good luck!

14 b- c- d -is the name of the beneficiary at that time...in your case, your fiance you are petitioning right now.

14 f is the city where you filed the petition

14 g is the state where you filed the petition

In regards to the Alien "A" number, my understanding that the beneficiary does not have Alien number until he or she become legal alien in the United States. Hope someone can correct me on that and give you more solid information if am wrong!

Put the city and state where you lived when you filed, not the location of the lockbox intake facility for the I-129F petition.

And yes, the above is wrong about the A#. You get an A# before even applying for the K-1 visa. The A# can be found above the beneficiary's name on the NOA2 approval notice for the I-129F.

Thanks KarDeeCee , I was not sure about the A number. I knew there was an A number on the NOA2 but I did not want to give him wrong information am not sure of. :)
