I really appreciate your response, Is there any Sample Filled form for joint sponsor ? i don't know what was the mistake as far as i remember i filed every thing

Taxes? Tax return transcript? 1040? W2?

You are missing your joint sponsors 2015 tax return or tax return transcript.

You also sent no proof of ongoing income?

They didnt need a passport copy from you.

Did you mark you were the petitioner and they were the only joint sponsor? Were all the numbers from taxes correct? Household numbers correct?

Read through them and double check.

Tax Return Transcript, i didn't send any ongoing income proof, because i am not working any more,

yes i did marked my self as a petitioner and another person as a joint sponsor.. i did double check before sending tax returns ....joint sponsor income is 87k and he has 3 household members.

Okay you still need their 2015 taxes and proof of ongoing income. His spouse, if they work and file jointly, should also submit an i-864a.
