Hours after the United Kingdom voted to leave the European Union, its residents wondered, what is the EU, anyway?

People in the U.K. sought answers to some very basic questions following the Brexit referendum, according to Google Trends data, which measures how popular recent queries are on the world’s most popular search engine.

The top question was a good one that many experts now struggle to answer — “What does it mean to leave the EU?” But others, to put it charitably, are the sort voters might have asked prior to the world-shaking decision to abandon the European project.

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.

“I was surprised that President Obama would come here and be so bold as to tell the people what to do and I think that a lot of people don't like him and I think if he had not said it I think your result might have been different,” Trump told reporters. “But when he said it, people were not happy about it, and I thought it was totally inappropriate.”

He repeated the claim later in the press conference, saying “I actually think that his recommendation perhaps caused it to fail.”

Obama traveled to London in April to meet with Cameron, and the pair gave a joint press conference against the Brexit.

Trump applauded his own foresight in correctly predicting the results of the vote. As he did on Twitter Friday morning soon after news of the narrow “leave” victory came in, he likened the result to the support for his anti-immigration, isolationist platform.

Just arrived in Scotland. Place is going wild over the vote. They took their country back, just like we will take America back. No games!

Obama is awesome. He screws up everything he touches. He is responsible for more guns sales than Glock, Winchester, Remington and Buds gun shop put together

I thought you were an advocate of gun ownership...is this a bad thing?

The analogy was to point out that Obama screws up everything he touches. He has tried to stop gun sales but has had the opposite effect.

God I hope he campaigns for Hillary hard

Yup, raging fascism caused it alright. Except it wasn't the voters who were the fascists.

This was a historic event. I have no problem with diversity but not when imposed(especially from the outside) by centralized authority.

Local rule, and if different localities want to handle things differently that's fine. Any development that devolves power from centralized authorities is a step in the right direction.

People have the right to want control over their lives and futures. That's about it.
