Confusing AR-11 right after I filed my i-751

I sent in my i-751 last Monday, and yesterday I received the notice that my GC was about to expire and was in three envelopes and took a very long route:

- first envelope was addressed to my original apartment when I first moved to the US (moved out of that apartment over a year ago already.)

- second envelope was addressed to my current apartment, BUT no apartment number.

- finally the 3rd envelope was correctly addressed to my apartment, with a blank AR-11 form.

I assume they mean for me to resend the AR-11 form?

Which is confusing to me because I already sent the AR-11 previously, with the correct address and attached apartment number -- I checked my receipt.

Has anyone run into this issue?

I assume that the field office just had its wires crossed and I shouldn't need to refile anything.

Call the USCIS and confirm your address. Make an infopass again to confirm your address if that also is incorrect.
