F4 retrogression( fee&ds260)

My pd was current but now its retrogressed.we already paid fee and filed ds260 when my pd was current. And my case is completed. If my pd to get current again takes year or more than a year . Do we need to pay the fee and ds260 filed again ?

No you don't need to pay again but some of documents needs to submit again like PCC as its validity is only for 1 year.

What was your experience? Did they requested any further documents?

 

How long id it took for you to get those dates current?
