AOS and IV Package question with 2 benificiaries

Hi,

My case is at the NVC and I'm starting to prepare my supporting documents for AOS and IV package. I have 2 beneficiaries (my wife and step son (5 yr)). Does anybody know if I need to send in only one package of supporting documents for both or do I need two separate packages with the material copied twice and sent in separately?

You filed two Form I-130s so yes, both your wife and step-son have two cases at NVC, meaning they will both need two separate sets of documents. You can most likely mail them in one package but, be sure to differentiate that they're for two different cases. Additionally, I would suggest that you link both cases at NVC to ensure that one case isn't completed and interview isn't scheduled before the other.

You'd have to call NVC at 603-334-0700. Emailing them is futile since they take months to respond to the emails.
