Is this a good checklist to use? (k1 visa)

http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs

What is the .....letter with case number? NOA2?

Also on another site it said I needed a ds-260. But on the link above it does not mention this.

Thanks,

Kyle

Use your link to SLEC that you posted. Follow the K-1 requirements. SLEC wants a copy of the interview confirmation letter/email/webpage printout, OR the NVC letter OR a screen print from CEAC with your MNL#. You will need a copy of the DS-160 not the DS-260 for the second day of your SLEC visit at time of vaccination.

More information below using the link at the red twisting arrow.

No it is not the NOA2. SLEC is referencing to the NVC letter or email you receive listing the MNL# OR you need the interview confirmation page. SLEC tries to say you need both, USEM states one or the other... USEM rules.

http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3218.html

You need the DS-160 (being a K-1 visa)

Thanks so much to the both of you. It says to have the medical 7 to 10 days before the interview. Medical will be done July 12th and interview is the 21st. Look good to you guys?

Also I selected no chest x-rays on the medical registration however my fiancée informed me after that she had a chest x-ray done during an annual medical check up she received from her employer. There were no problems. Should we try to change that on the registration or simply leave it alone and bring the negatives?

Thanks

Kyle

It states to do the medical AT LEAST 5-7 days ... more is fine ;)

Leave it be, bring the film, let SLEC update things

My fiancee just took her medical a few days ago.

Print out the entire (3 pages) of the paperwork if you signed up online, they wanted all 3 pages, even the stuff with there own address. My finacee only had the 1st page with all her info on it, they accepted it but was not happy.

Also, make sure the passport style photos are USA passport size, not Philippine size, they are different and ST luke will not accept the Philippine ones, she found this out on the way there and was able to get more taken, but if not she would had to went back.

Show up super early, my fiancee got there something like 230-300am and she was #6 in line.

It was a lot of hurry up and wait, she signed in and got started around 630-700AM and was out the door around noon. be sure to have breakfast before you go, or you will loose your place in line.

Showing up early is a really waste of time. Show up a couple hours after SLEC is open, no waiting, walk in... still done with the 1st day easily.
