US Consulate HCMC & NVC - When are interviews scheduled?

Hi,

My nephew and niece are F2b beneficiaries. Their PD is May 2010.

Based on the July 2016 VB prediction of movement of 4-6 weeks/month in the F2b category in the or the next few months, we anticipate their PD will be current in October or November.

The I-864, DS-260, and supporting documents have been submitted to the NVC.

We would like to know when does the NVC sends out the interview letter?

We would also like to know how long a beneficiary can expect to wait for an interview after the PD becomes current?
