Hi vj,

I'm petitioning for my mom. I got a RFE from

NVC June 10 looking for a divorce paper of my mom to my dad. I sent it to them June 11 and NVC got it June 16. My question is, do I have to wait another 30-45 days again to get a result on my case? Most probably how many days I have to wait to have an interview schedule on MNLA embassy after case completed? I just can't wait to see my mom??

USCIS issues RFE and NVC issues Checklist.

Unfortunately yes you would have to wait the 30 to 45 days.

I got the email actually. They got my checklist June 16, so that means I have to wait until July 16?
