I've been following my journey patiently as many of you are or had in the past. My case was received at the CSC on March 28th. According to the VJ stats they should be processing applications from around that time now. I understand every application is different and can take more or less time. But I'm anxious and don't want to wait more time if there's anything that can be done. So, i called the USCIS to inquire. They are as non specific as they can be, not divulging any specifics about my case. Only that the CSC is averaging 5 months for I129f decisions. Thats it. They wont look at or speak about case specifics at all. So, my question is; Is there anyway to find out what progress or potential issues have occurred with my case?

5 months average means you can't call "do anything" through USCIS until after 5 months... Patience ;) Ya I know what you are feeling, as do many of us. It took almost 5 months for our petition to be approved.

Some of the past number are slightly skewed as the Philippines petitions were processed faster than normal, that is now a faint memory.

You are talking the gubermint here... they will get to it when they get to it.

Did I mention... patience?

Maybe jump over to the Philippines forum, do some reading, get up to speed for the actual visa application. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/
