Hi,

Our packet was sent on Feb 21 and NOA1 issued on the 28th. I saw the last touch was 3/12, but since I didn't have the case number until a few days ago, I am not sure if there were any touches before...be cool, and keep us updated! Good luck! Milena.

I was getting discouraged and thinking something was wrong looking at the other thread with the VSC people.

Sounds like my experience is the norm: NOA1 feb 9, touch feb 14, nothing since - and still waiting for the physical paper NOA1.

2/4/07 - I-129F returned to me, needs original signature

I imagine our papers are sitting on a shelf behind many others. As of 3/20/2007 CSC has processed 38 of 52 December filers that reported on this web site. That's about 73% of December receiving NOA2. Average time between NOA1 and NOA2 for these filers is 80 days.

Hopefully we'll see CSC start processing the January filers really soon! Then Feb, then....

We are all in this together! We've already burned some of those 80 days.

Our K-1 Timeline

It's the same with NSC right?

I sent to NSC in January but sent a photocopy with only a photocopied signature to NSC - it got returned with instructions to send to CSC, so I did that.

WOW!! That is EXACTLY what my fiance and I say when we discuss this rather HUGE discrepancy between VSC and CSC! I'm sure we're not the only ones though ;)

It does seem a little strange that we can all see this and the US government can't ... hmmmmm :innocent:

Good luck folks and don't foget to keep me posted of your progress - I'll be soooo happy when you all start to get moving. And when Chris and I do, of course :-)
