HELP My I-130 is being processed! How Long till I hear if Im approved?

After checking the website I believe that my application is being processed as the date is shows now is after the date I filed. Does anyone have any idea how log it takes to hear if you are approved or how long it takes for me to get a LND Number to start the online process part.. Many Thanks in advance

Okay you are talking two different things USCIS has your petition. Expect 5 months to 7 months. They are pretty much in that 5 months range. Your timeline says DCF. But tat can;t be right.

Your LND case# you will get when your approved petition is sent to NVC. Still have a ways to go. But hopefully the VJ estimation is right.

Are you both living together in the UK and filing through the London embassy? Or are you both currently living in your respective home country? Are you talking about the London embassy website and their updates?

We are both in the Uk going through the Embassy. Trying to decide if my husband should go ahead now?

I've updated my timeline/info here, but my priority date was April 25.

Just had confirmation today of approval on 13 June, but for some reason was only posted on 23 June.

If you're timeline is similar to mine you should be hearing something soon

Mine was approved 20th and mailed 23rd. Are we expecting our LND Number in this package??

NOA2 is confirmation of I-130 petition approval by USCIS.

NOA3 is confirmation of case number and that Dept of State Visa processing unit has received the petition for the immediate relative category.

We're both waiting for NOA2 as what was sent on the 23rd.

But I'm told by Nigel on this board that he received both at the same time in a matter of days.

His visa was just approved on 21 June. You can find his timeline just below ours in the list, he started in early March.

So we might get NOA2 and 3 together or we might have to wait for 2-3 weeks for NOA3 which gives us the LND number and allows us to book our interview slot.

NOA2 arrived Saturday - actual I-130 approval date of 10 June.

NOA3 didn't arrive with it, submitted case number request via visa immigrate webform on London Embassy website. Very hopeful to have the LND number this week...
