Hello ,

I am new to this forum and was wondering if someone could help answer my question .

I submitted my moms I 130 without her birth certificate . I now have it and I am wondering if I should go ahead and send it to the service center even though they haven't asked for it? I only submitted and my PD is June 10 so they have not started processing. What do you think?

Yes she is the beneficiary. Her maiden name is shown on my brith certificate . But she took on my dads last name when they married prior to them having me . I sent an affidavit explaining the name and her marriage certificate showing they were married before having me. That is why I wonder about her birth certificate to show her maiden name . What do you think ?
