Hi! My husband's income from last year doesn't quite meet the income requirement so we got a joint sponsor. Now, I wonder do we need to submit both, the affidavit of support that shows my husband's income ( include his tax forms) and also the affidavit from the joint sponsor? Or do we just send the documents from the joint sponsor? It seems a little weird that my husband is my petitioner and then to send only the affidavit of the joint sponsor?

Hello your husband still needs to submit his own I864 with supporting documents even if you got a joint sponsor. Good luck

Do you know if we need to submit evidence of "current income" for the joint sponsor - maybe pay stubs from this year? Or are the tax forms from last year enough?

Yes submit whatever financial documents from both the petitioner and joint sponsor. And either tax transcript for 2015 or tax return+ w2.
