Hey there.

(We are getting married in August 2016 and are just getting everything ready to mail off after we receive our marriage certificate)

I know this has been asked on here several times but im still unclear of what we should put.
We are assembling our AOS packet and my fiance ( From England) had his medical and received the DS 3025. so my question is

Do we still have to fill out the form I- 693? Or will we just include the DS 3025?
Thanks in advance!

A DS-3025 is only useful if every shot required for AOS is signed off or waived on it. K1s do not need their shots completed for the visa so he would have had to purposely had them done before attending the medical. Knightsbridge do not encourage K1s to go ahead and get them all finished and signed off by the medical. They tend to tell them they can finish up later. Look at the form to determine if it's complete or not.
