if you marry the petition is invalid and canceled, since LPR cannot file for married children

she would have to file for you after she became a USC

It'll take about 6-7 years for a visa to become available to you since you're in the F2B category.

You also cannot marry while in this category since your petition will become void.

If you do marry then your mother can petition for you again once she becomes a USC. The wait at that point will be about 11 years.
