Hello, i'm starting my journey into removing the conditions on my visa. An just wanted to check somethings with you.

- I am an expecting mom, should i included anything as proof of my pregnancy?

- we live with my brother in law should he be include him with affidavit or on the form?

not until the baby is born, he or she isn't considered a person, so the baby doesn't count until its born

your brother in law has nothing to do

the removal of conditions is to still prove that you still have a bona fide marriage

I'm assuming that you probably do not have a lease with your brother-in-law, right? So because you don't have a lease, it might be beneficial for your brother-in-law to fill in an affidavit that explains that you have lived as a couple with them for x months. Affidavits are not the strongest evidence, but since you don't have a lease (I'm assuming this), then yes, include an affidavit from your brother-in-law.
