Employment history on G-325

My fiance lives in a tiny village and does seasonal agricultural work, and home repairs/remodels for local families. These are just side jobs though and I'm not sure how to list them on the G-325. He sometimes works for a few different people a week. Any suggestions?

agriculture work and for employer say self employed then do another one for repair work and do self employed.. it isnt that huge of a deal:) but you can do multiple jobs on multiple lines and then just say self employed and state the dates.. hope that helps!

Also, be sure you are using the G-325A.
