Vancouver embassy interview questions

My fiancé is trying to schedule an interview at the Vancouver embassy. It only gives her two dates to pick June 28 and July 12. We were hoping to select a later date. Her doctor had more than 30 days and did not give her medical records to her. She has a chronic illness and I'm pretty sure she needs them for the medical. She still needs to do the medical. Can the medical be done after the embassy interview? Is it possible to get a later date so the medical can be done before? I think the medical can be done later. I'm stressed and I want to make sure.

You can do the medical afterwards BUT it takes significantly more time to get the visa back. I doubt a later interview can be booked since they're stopping interviews in Vancouver.
