I've been approved Since June 8th going to call in afternoon and also late at night if I don't get good news in afternoon. Hope I'm there soon thanks good luck to you too and keep us updated

Was this the first time you called since July 11th or did you call already and they kept telling you it wasn't there?

Congrats, some of them can be so rude lol... Hope I get there by this week as well!

I called them last week about Wednesday or Thursday and they told me to wait 6 weeks to call since they haven't gotten my application.

Then I called yesterday and they told me they received my application on July 11th. Or they are just lazy to check our application.

I've thought about that too, that it could be sitting there and they haven't checked or scanned it in yet. That could possibly be true since you called after July 11 and they said it wasn't there last week!

I called them again today and they finally gave me my case number and invoice number. She also informed me that my application just got current as of July 18th. She asked me what I was trying to do online and I told her I am trying to Choose an Agent. She said you won't be able to do anything at the moment. Wait for 4 weeks until you get the packet with instructions on what to do. She said that it will take them 4 weeks to email the packet.

Update:

Our I-129F was received by the Embassy on July 26th, but can't schedule the interview yet since we are waiting for the NBI clearance from the Philippines
