My mother, who's Turkish, once (and thank God, only once!) made some sort of broth/soup using a sheep's head .. OMG.. we rebelled :protest: and she never tried that again.. Where did she even go to get a sheep's head??? I think it scared me for the rest of my teenage years.. :wacko:

OMG... I couldn't do it..nope, no..can't make me.. I like fresh seafood..but not THAT fresh... ;) No offense...but I'd just have a salad... You are very brave..

Calimari seems so normal to me and when fresh is really good, but the thought of eating squid, with the tentacles and all, is so foul to my Kenyan fiancee that I can't even order it!

Two things I can not eat........liver and creamed peas, I was abused as a child with both.

I will try anythng once, most I can eat again, some never again.

One of the worst things I have eaten, taste wise was a Baloot (sp) in the Phillipines.

Here in the US as a kid I went on a mission to hunt, kill and eat anythiong that walked, crawed, slitherd, or flew.

I have eaten almost every bird you can find in Nebraska and Oregon, I can not think of any wild animal I have not eaten. Beaver, Nutria, possom, skunk. porqupine, fox, coyote, bobcat, couger, deer, elk ect. All manner of snakes and bugs. Also pretty much any domestic animal or bird. One of the worst ### whippings I ever recieved was when my folks and sister went away for the day and I cooked and ate her parakeet. I trid to lie my way out of it to no avail. NOW.........................just so you don't get the wrong idea. All of this was 40 years ago. For the last 40 years I have pretty much only eaten what you can buy, catch or hunt legaly.

March 14, 2006.....We meet, spend the next 2 weeks togeather

May 2006............ I go to see Paola for 5 days and propose marriage

Jan. 24th, 2007....I-129F sent to CSC

Feb. 2nd, 2007.....CSC receives NOA1

June 6, 2007........I-129F Approved

June 6, 2007........Cleared NVC and sent to Bogota

June 12, 2007......I receive packet 3 from our lawyer

June 14, 2007..... I send Packet 3 to Paola via FEDEX (2 day delivery)

June 25, 2007......Paola receives Packet 3 (9 days late)

July 3, 2007.........Packet 3 Fedex to Embassy in Bogota

July 5, 2007.........Packet 3 arrives at the embassy in Bogota

July 19, 2007.......Called NVC, interveiw scheduled for Aug. 17, 2007

July 31, 2007.......Paola goes to US Embassy in Bogota and gets Pkt 4 in person

I have always thought of myself as being pretty open to try any foodstuff....but yeh...I dont think I could do Balut (my husband has and wouldn't again, so I trust that I wouldn't like it :P ).....fried brains and tripe....pretty much no...

Wow yummyyyy...we have that here in Philippines! :thumbs: I eat live shrimp a lot -sweet and tasty! :thumbs:

I eat balot(I can eat 10 balot in one seating),pickled fish,frog.,liver,blood[grilled),snake,goat,horse,been tried eat korean bugs out of curiousity-crunchy and the taste is ok.

I get used to eat rare steak lately with Gary(i like well done) :D

I like to try anything and everything!
