Timeline

It simply means that the mail carrier left the package with someone who was present at the time. That person can be the receptionist, security guard, etc. Does your package ask for a signature?

What are you worrying about? It has arrived! It might take at least a week, maybe two, before you can expect to hear something. Relax, the journey is long :-)

2/1/17: AOS interview (day 142) - APPROVED

2/8/17: GC received (day 150)

You should receive a hard copy of the NOA in the mail stating that USCIS received your package within a week or so.
