anyone can help me or advice me please.we recieve the notice of approval but the consulate is in riyadh and valid for 4 months.my problem is we want to transfer to consulate of manila now how we can transfer here in philipines cuz my contract in saudi already finish and we emailed the uscis before that we want to change the adres.but still they put consulate of riyadh.

You'll need to contact the consulate in Riyadh (once you have the case number) and ask them to transfer the case to Manila.

Is your fiancee back in the Phils? Contact USEM in Manila they can request the transfer. Other had done the same thing from the Phils.

thanknu guys.my case if transfer in progress as i check in nvc system. from riyadh consulate to manila consulate..and i dont have any idea how long does it take to transfer.now can i fill up now the ds 160 and make an appointment?and also to do medical examination?
