Packet 4 and snail mail

I contacted the embassy by email and they replied that the Packet 4 was mailed on March 13th 2007. As of today there has been no sign of it. Has anyone from Hong Kong had trouble with mail deliveries. It seems strange to me that they do not have postal codes. Thanks for any help.

Our packet 4 was mailed on Feb 28 and only arrived on March 15th (in India). I think some countries are just slow. Plus sometimes the packet is not actually mailed on the date they tell us it is - it could mean it went to a mailroom and really physically only left the building days later. Probably it will soon arrive, don't worry!

Thanks, it turns out it was actually lost in the mail. They responed to my email and another packet will be sent out at once (at least thats what they said). Somehow the address got messed up. I asked for the phone number to schedual the interview but we will have to wait for the packet to arrive. At least it is the first (and hopefully the last) problem we have had.
