I had Wachovia for a long time and I'm thinking close their account now because. I've trying to gather the my financial information. In order for me to get a 12 month average on a company letter head I have to pay $25 plus $15 over night process. Every month I've been giving them money and they do what ever they want with the money until I need it. Now all I want is a letter said they have my money and I have to pay them to said that they have my money. Where's justice!!!

I also account at Suntrust only in the last 4 years and they're great. I came in yesterday and the financial loan officer create a letter with informations like account quickly.

Yup. Credit Union is the best.. Other bank they just want to charge you fee on everything and the customer service are sucked. Well, i thought you should have those bank information done already. Oh well, bite the bullet and pay them the money and be done with it.. After that close the damn bank account and find your self a different bank to deal with.

MTDTD,

I didn't bother with a letter from my bank. I didn't show any bank account assets on my I-134, and so did not need to document them.

If you do want to include your bank accounts, you can provide some bank statements in lieu of a bank letter. Most people who go the statement route seem to provde 1 year worth (12 monthlies or 4 quarterlies, as the case may be).

I already did send all the bank statements, i-134, w-2s, etc... back two months ago. But I just want to get the recent stuff. I'm thinking doing everything with update informations including I-134. With the recent "anything CO can find to delay petitioner attitude I don't want to take any chances". Again thumb up for SUNTRUST :)

Well, i am in the same boat with you. But those I-134 should be valid for at least a year. So don't worry too much.

Well, I'm sorry about your troubles, MTDTD. I don't know if it makes you feel any better, but we have to pay for almost *everything* in Czech banks (or Czech subsidiaries of foreign banks). Fees for opening an account, management, for sending money out of it and even for receiving money (!) on the account! I even don't speak about getting money from ATM's - we have to pay at the bank's own machines too... over the counter withdrawal would be even more expensive. How weird is that? I'm just so pissed that I'm giving them all my money and they charge all those horrible fees. As you said: Where's justice?!?!

what about fees you would pay a CPA or tax preparer if you needed a statement from them? It was the case with me and i had to pay $75 for them to state that they prepared my tax and the CPA to say that i own the company, now, where is the justice in that? And its funny how Bank of America can't just put in a letterhead and print them right on the spot when you request it?....but supposedly the associate told me that it used to be free until people starting charging customer money for their own profits, so a few greedy poeple ruin it for every body else.
