You are very unlikely to get an annulment.

Above is Tennessee-specific.

I'm thinking he was in a rush to fill out part of his profile. His city is listed as El Paso, but the State is Tennessee. Nowhere in Tennessee is there a city/town/municipality called El Paso. Incorporated or Unincorporated.

I suspect he is from Texas.

He has no right to get her medical records. They're private and only she can requesr to get them.

Its worth a shot, especially if fighting for custody of child....... wouldn't you if you were in his shoes????? Yeah you would do anything.....

FYI, I got medical record of my ex, and used it in court, and it worked, Judge ruled on my case in my favor.

He has no right to get her medical records. They're private and only she can requesr to get them.

He can request her medical records during the discovery period of the divorce trial, by issuing requests for production of documents. And if needed, the court can order the disclosure of the records.

But just because she cheats does not make her a bad mom....i know its bad shes done this but you are both adults and have a child. No matter your personal dislike of her have you thought about your child not having his mom around if you have her removed?

Mom is only one. The situation is bad but you'll need lots of proof to have her parental right terminated or removed.

It sad people use americans to get here but shes here and you have a child....now what?

It makes her a terrible mom. An unfit mother to be sure. Parenting and cheating cannot happen at the same time. Think of the meeting and interim communication with her extramarital partners, all time which should have been spent on the child, family home, and you.

It's without question that you must divorce. Man up now. If it can lead to deportation, even better because she will try to sap as much income from you as possible. The court system has been redesigned for this. You need a quick dose of the red pill. There's over 3 billion women on this planet-you don't have to put up with this.

The OP needs a pit-bull attorney, this could get sticky, mainly due to custody of the child. That's why I said try to get medical records of her STD, and anything else to show her "other sides"

Cause if she leaves and takes the child, he will have to fight her in her home country, best to do it on US soil, he will have the home advantage and a US lawyer.

Mom is only one but if mom is incapable of making good decisions and primarily jeopardizes her child's life, better not to have mom at all. It may sounds harsh and I DON'T KNOW her and she can be the most loving mother towards her kid. We don't know. It is hard to judge not knowing person, not knowing the whole situation, backgrounds etc. None can give you an advice what to do, since we can't know for sure how the things really are. And you probably want to see things that you want to see.. It's your call. But then again can't exactly ignore the fact about her cheating , STD.. it seems she has some serious problems, so it all depends whether or not she want to fix that for the sake of her and your kid or not. If her only worry is just to stay in the States then go ahead..do what you have to do and get away from her. Every child needs a mother but giving a birth to a human being does not make one mother, being able to raise that human being, protect and cherish makes her mother...You know which category she fall into. Forget your anger and try to think for our child as well and make decision according to that.

So if we were talking about a man here he would be a crappy father for cheating too? Or is just cheating mothers and mothers? And in what way does what the mom do in the bedroom effect the child if she is otherwise a good mother? Just speculating as we don't know her or him.

I don't think you read my post or understand what I wrote. I precisely stated that we DO NOT KNOW neither of them and CANNOT speculate anything. I did not say just because she cheated she does not deserve to be a mother! None cares about the gender either! But you can't avoid the fact that what OP described about his wife does not exactly put her in a great light. But he might be just overstating we will never know right? Read again.

I don't know answer to your questions, family law is not my strong suit, another field is.... All I can say if the OP is saying, then he needs a good attorney, preferably a attorney who was once a family court Judge. Those make the best family attorneys. Cases like these are sad, not only for the child but for the parents who shared a love.
