We are moving to our new apartment tomorrow and I am busy changing our address. Online for Change of Address Information when you have a pending case it has two steps. But both steps take you to the same link, so I'm confused. Do I need to fill it out twice?

Step1: File Form AR-11 (online OR by mail),

  • AND
  • Step 2: Change your address on any pending or recently approved applications or petitions, online OR by phone at 1-800-375-5283. For TTY (deaf or hard of hearing) call: 1-800-767-1833.

Use our convenient Online Change of Address system to complete steps 1 and 2 at the same time. Once you complete Form AR-11 online - the system will also provide you the opportunity to change your address on any pending or recently approved applications. If you use our Online Change of Address to complete Form AR-11, you do NOT need to file a paper Form AR-11.

And then I also fill out a I-865 for me (USC), right?

Lucybelle, I think you are correct. AR-11 for the Non-USC and I-865 for all sponsors.

I was a little confused with the same issue but I just used the link from -> "Use our convenient Online Change of Address system to complete steps 1 and 2 at the same time."

I believe doing so fulfilled both steps for the link will lead you to enter your EAC numbers if you indicate you have a pending case.

FYI, I entered two different EAC receipt numbers stated on my NOA letter.
