When to expect interview

Hello!

I'm a winner of the DV lottery 2017 and my number is 2017EU0000249XX. According to my number, and previous Visa Bulletins, my interview is supposed to happen in October. However, I only completed my DS-260 application on June 9th. Could this delay the process? When can I expect my interview to happen?

My embassy is in Paris, France, if it's any help.

I'm a little confused. Your case number is 249XX? You won't be interviewing in October if that's the case. Based on DV2016's VB, you will be interviewing sometime in April - May of next year (2017).

Submitting your DS260 in June won't delay your interview.

Possible delay but not by much if it happens. I'd estimate you either get your interview on time or one month late.
