Electronic filing VS using FEDEX NVC Stage

Has anybody here chose to use reg. mail ( UPS,FEDEX ect ) over electronic filing? I was wondering how much time you lose .If only the 2 days to get there thinking of doing that as I want to add some relationship evidence and pictures along with my AOS and IV information. How does the I-130 and NVC package get to China?

Did you add bona fide documents to your I130? If so, I believe NVC has had the files transferred from USCIS.

Besides, NVC official website doesn't ask for additional proofs as USCIS did. I'd go with EP since I heard it takes shorter than regular mails.

Yes I did add bona fide documents and it was approved at USCIS but I had read that it is a good idea to give more when you can. when I submitted I-130 I had only 1 trip to China. Since then will were together a few more times and wanted to show that. I heard that at the consulate that they look over the paper work before the interview so wanted to give them more to review as it sounds like at the interview they may at times have predetermined the outcome.

If you were approved, you are OK for now. Anything you wanted to prepare for the consulate at this point can only be brought with the beneficiary during the interview.

I have read many post here in the past that suggested to front load relationship evidence as much as you can for China. I did send in some things with I-130 but have so much more now with more trips and vacations together. I think someone here called it side loading by sending more bono fides in with the AOS packet to NVC....Has anyone done that?

Gotcha, If you have different information, you can definitely forward it on to the NVC for the IR1/CR1 visa. I was still thinking about the K-1 where the NVC only handles the documents for maybe a week at best.

In regards to Electronic submission, they forward the information to the Embassy Electronically already for China (atleast that is how our K1 packet was sent there). So I imagine Electronic records would be easier for them to work with in that aspect.

When you sideload typically it is done during the IV 4 process when you submit your DS-230/260

I don't know if they are beneficial to your process, but they are worth looking over.

I think I will send in a few attachments marked relationship evidence. Its mostly pictures of us with my family that we didn't have before and plane tickets, and copy of passport stamps ect.....If anyone else has done this I'd like to hear some feedback.
