How do I know if my file has arrived at the TSC? My case was transferred from Nebraska.

I would think that once you know where it was transferred to, it must already be there. Usually they let people know it will be transferred and then to where.

I filed my i/130 the end of march and my PD IS march 28th..i got NOA1 thats says my case was sent to nebraska ..havn't received nothing yet ..normally my case should be approved by now but still waiting ....anyone has the same issue ?

Your case is well within the time frame USCIS is showing. Cases are "on time" if they're processed sometime in the 5 month range the chart shows. However, Nebraska has been stuck on February files for a while. Nebraska is all over the place, some April files have been processed but then some files from January still haven't been touched.

If you haven't been transferred out of Nebraska, your case should *hopefully* be processed at the end of August or beginning of September.

Just found out that my case was transferred to texas. Priority date was 4/22, but the notice I received today has changed it to 4/26

Same happened to me, my PD was 04/15 and my second NOA1 changed to 04/18... sucks but hopefully it doesn't affect that much

Well, on Friday, we received the text alert to look for an RFE in the mail. That's disappointing, but at least the Texas office has looked at our case. No idea what it could be for as we sent tons of info. Hopefully something simple that just got overlooked in the transfer.

I received an update that my case was under initial review and that my name has been updated...at least someone is looking at it. Hope to have an approval soon.

I did not request my name to be updated. Is that a problem?
