Hello, we got approved last AUG 30. We received NOA2 hardcopy last saturday. Still waiting for the case number from NVC and the letter frm them. Is there any way to find out if USCIS forwarded already the case to NVC?

There have been a number of transfers from Nebraska to Texas lately, some now approved. I'm just hoping the transfers do not have a significant impact on those originally assigned to TSC.

  • 5 weeks later...

hello,

i was recently transferred to texas (November 17th) from nebraska (PD July 1st).  i noticed a few people on this thread were approved in 1-2 months. i wonder what makes one petitioner/country/service center so dramatically different.  take a look at the nebraska i-130 thread and you will see what i am talking about.

thoughts?

Hi Sherri

No.  I have not received an RFE thank heaven. However I have been transferred and waiting and calling and being frustrated.

I'm going to try to call customer service again on Monday...call number 5. Wish me luck.
