It absolutely is! We've had a cruise trip planned for mid-October for quite some time so hopefully the card arrives by then, just so we stop getting looks when showing the I-551 stamp.

I know!! I had the hardest time trying to get my e-verify up and running for my current job. It’s like they’re sooo stuck on seeing that card

Not under the LAST UPDATED column under My Cases, but the post itself says the following:
 

We have approved your Form OS155A, Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration, Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXXXXX. On September 29, 2019, we ordered your card to be produced. We will mail your card to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I have the same status since September 5 2019 but only when I log into my USCIS. When I check on this tracker:

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do I get “visa fee paid on June 15 2019. No date stamp, nothing. Try the link above and see what it tells you.
