Since we hit the 90-day mark today with no signs of progress, we went ahead and filed online status inquires.  Not that I expect anything to come of it, but the canned auto-response promised “USCIS will review and process the request.  Expect a reply by February 15, 2022”.  Realistically, I figure by then either the cards will have arrived naturally, or else they would tell us to wait a bit longer.

We didn’t get it yet either… I wonder if we need to do any fingerprints?! They didn’t do anything on airport but taking pics

It’s been 90 days since entry in the US and more than 90 days for fees being paid for green card. I called USCIS because dad’s green card hasn’t arrived yet and they created a case for that and escalated it to immigration officer then they gave us a long case number. Any idea how it actually takes to get an update as they said 30 days but isn’t that too long after waiting 90 days. Please share your experience and many thanks.

Hi sammy… sorry to hear that… we are in our 90 days period… but I wonder if you did any biometric for him?! Since they did not for us in airport… I am thinking maybe we are missing a step for my dad?!

They were very thoroughly fingerprinted before thier interview in the Embassy, but at port of entry it was just a cursory scan to verify it was them.

Hello to everybody.

I'm on 91 day from the POE, and still no card... Case status shows 'Immigrant visa fee payment received' and that's all...

Here is my timeline:

Paid Immigrant Fee: October 30, 2021
POE: ORD November 9, 2021
SS Card Arrived: November 23, 2021
Green Card: still waiting... (91 days now).

The strange thing that I am not able to submit e-request about 'Outside of normal processing time' because after submiting this form there is a message that says 'Your case is still within normal processing time'...
Maybe it's a glitch because it's obviously more than 90 days now.

After that I was trying to reach someone by the USCIS contact phone but it's seems impossible to speak with some live agent there. Only autoresponder with some basic and useless information...
So, my question is - Did anyone was able to reach some live agent by their phone?

Hi!! I just filed an e-request online to follow up for my gc. I used the 'outside normal processing time' option.

https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt&entryPoint=init

Here is my timeline:

Paid Immigrant Fee: October 29, 2021
POE: LAX November 12, 2021
SS Card Arrived: November 22, 2021
Green Card: For Production Feb 5, 2022

I only got movement on my online status a few days after I did an e-request. Hope that helps.

Well, day 40 I think it's too early to worry about.
I remember that they did my fingerprints during the interview in US embassy in my country when they gave me immigrant visa for entering the USA.
At the airport the officer just checked all the documents from embassy and then he made a photo of me on his camera and that's all... Do you think that he had to take my fingerprints as well?

That is exactly my question!! I mean, I heard they progress technically as they can recognize from iris! But I don’t know if this is true… I don’t even know if they really need to fingerprint in airport anymore! Just trying to compare with others here! But that might be one thing that potentially goes wrong!

Today I spoke with some 'live agent' on 'emma' chat and asked him about the delay.

After that he told me that he made some request about updating my case and gave me a number: T 1 B 0 0 8 ****** F C E and he just left the chat before I even asked him other questions...
I guess it's the number of the request that he made for me. But does anyone know how to track the status of this request with this number?
