Spoke with a live agent and they said that I can ask for a service request to be raised for non-delivery of the card on Monday (after the 90 days has passed and NOT before!).

I asked them which office was processing it and they mentioned USCIS Form Center East. Never heard of that place to be honest.

I went to Bellingham SSA three weeks after PoE as nothing had shown up. Once I visited the SSA I had the card in hand 6 days later.

They'll want to see your endorsed Immigrant Visa, birth certificate, and passport. I think that's all I needed but you best double check.

Payed and entered September 23rd and the status is still stuck at payment fee received. I know some people that entered and payed on October 13 and they already got theirs. When I chat with a representative. They always say it's a first come first serve basis. But obviously it's not. Why !!!

Well, as I wrote above. Me and my wife entered together on 20th of Sept. She received her card after 28 days. My arrived this weekend so almost 50 days after. It is very random, so there is nothing more to do than waiting.

Wait some more.  If your GC doesn't arrive after 90 days, call the USCIS hotline to file an "Out of Normal Processing Time" request.

No update to report on mine.

Still at IV fee paid

IV Fee Paid and Entered US on August 9th at Pacific Hwy PoE.

I've sent another case inquiry via the Send a Message function in myUSCIS. I'm getting the feeling that I'm going to need to get an Infopass appointment scheduled at this point. 😕  The contact center agents are useless, they just keep fobbing me off with "wait some more". Like guys, it's well past 90 days now, can you at least get off yer butts?

Spoke with USCIS again. 30 days have passed since my last SR, so they've told me to raise another SR.

After another 30 days, I'll have to raise a third SR. Once the third SR is passed 30 days, USCIS will escalate to a Tier 2.

Gotta love it, all this for a piece of plastic. Wouldn't be so bothered if my home loan provider wasn't being difficult about accepting my endorsed immigrant visa. 😕
