Hopefully you get your card finally now! I am at the same boat but didnt call them yet because I just completed my 90 days wait yesterday. Can you please advise the number and options selected so that I can try calling them.

You can find contact information here: https://www.uscis.gov/archive/uscis-update-case-status-inquiries-with-the-service-centers

When you call the number you are greeted by an infuriating voice menu system. The only way I have found to be able to speak to a human is to say: "Reschedule biometric appointment" even if this is not at all what you are calling about. Be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes, usually more.

"Technical problem", "technical support", "InfoPass", "no receipt number" have also been reported to work.

Called them, had to wait for nearly an hour! and They told me the same "you will be contacted within 30 days". Do you remember how many days it took to contact you after you called them?

NO SSN, NO GC, nothing we can do! I called SSA today, but can't make an appointment without green card.

That's BS, I got my SSN before I had the actual green card. You will of course need the endorsed visa in your passport and a filled out SSN form. The endorsed immigrant visa in your passport serves as a temporary green card for a year. If the people at SSA don't know that they need to look for a new job. Escalate this and talk to a manager at the SSA. I would recommend calling your nearest SSA field office, not the national call center.

July 2, 2021: Card delivered.

To recap:

CR1 Visa

Fee Paid: March 16, 2021

POE: March 24, 2021 in Atlanta

Card Produced: June 28, 2021

Card Mailed: June 29, 2021

Card Picked Up by USPS: June 30, 2021

Card Delivered: July 2, 2021

WOW, what a relief! And couldn’t have cut closer to our “deadline” of Monday when we leave to travel!

Hi,

Just wondering was the status online change to "Card Picked up by USPS" (After 'Card Mailed') or you knew from USPS this?

Thank you!

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my timeline, maybe it will give some people more hope when it comes to their Green Card.

Fee paid: 06/28/2021

POE: San Francisco, 07/11/2021

SSC: 07/20/2021 (I already had a SSN from a prior stay in the US as a student)

GC: 08/07/2021

I saw some didn't have a tracking number for the Green Card. When you check the status of it on USCIS website, if the status is that it is picked up by USPS, then the tracking number will be posted in there.

In the end I would just like to wish everyone good luck and hopefully everything will be sorted out in the end.
