I chatted with an agent again today, she said that our card went into production on March 16 and we should receive it within 60 days. If we don't have it in 60 days we can contact them again:). I also submitted an inquiry from my USCIS account. Now that it's been 120 days I'll be bugging them on regular basis.

hey if its gone in production u should get it within 7-10days max. No worries ur almost there then

all the best :)

I wouldn't worry if our online status changed to "in production". But it's still the same "USCIS has accepted your application for processing" status that we've had since early December. Only the date got updated on March 16. But it also got updated on February 12, and still no card. So I'm a bit skeptical about what the agent said. Hopefully it's just their system not showing the most recent status.

Did you try the old case status website?

Yep, that one still says “visa fee payment received”. I check both sites at least once a day.

140 days here. Submitted an inquiry to customer service at 121 days. Still nothing, they said they have up to a year to produce the card... Nearly died hearing that. Any advice? I asked about infopass or anything we can do and they said just wait.

I finally received a notification today that our case status changed to "Card Is Being Produced".

My USCIS online account is still showing the same status, but the date changed from March 16 to March 19:

The public "Check Status" page is showing the new status though:

Hi i am also waiting for 150 days now. I heard you can contact your local senator office to expedite the process. I still have my ticket pending with USCIS though but I'm sure it isn't gonna be helpful

Congrats! Hopefully this coronavirus thing blows over quickly enough so that we can use those green cards to go on vacation!

We are actually going to hit up a quick road trip to some national parks. We are both off, might as well just go, and isolation on some hikes is great.

Sounds like fun! We've been thinking of going to Yosemite, not sure if we can go anywhere now with the quarantine in CA though. And with a six months old baby we don't want to take too many chances.
